Loser

Someone who fails at their own self care and blames it on other people. They also tend to not try at anything and just seemingly angry at you when point out what their issues are.

John: My son lives with me and has kid. He doesn’t take care of his kid and instead just does heroine.
Johns New Friend: Sorry Pal, but your son is kind of a loser.
