Chopper Mutilation Month

During the month of November everyone who knows of the One Piece Character “Chopper” can, and is encouraged to, make art of or state how they would want to kill and/or maim Chopper.

This tradition started when the character became too popular, and thus annoying to see; so of course a group of brave individuals decided to deploy countermeasures.
