A currently “transitional” section of South Knoxville, TN. This area was considered extremely shady in decades past, and there are still a lot of “characters” out and about at any given hour.

Since the area has river frontage and is in clear view of UTK, it’s being rapidly redeveloped and thusly gentrified.
