The piece of law passed by the Canadian House of Commons in 1981, under the regime of Trudeau I. Enabling Gingers to steal, trade and sell souls. The act outlines that souls can be represented on a single piece or as a freckle on the arm of a Ginger.

The Soul act of 1981 enabled the Ginger to steal and sell Owen's soul.
