To be excessively intoxicated and or belligerent; acting like a douche. Often associated with someone who is black-out drunk or throwing up.

Person 1 - "Josh got rather Randy last night."
Person 2 - "Yeah, I heard he was naked in the bathtub, throwing up in the bathwater."
Person 1 - "Groosssss! He turned that tub into a Randy Marsh!"
