Duru, a noun, is a Turkish name meaning pure. It is usually a feminine name, but can also be masculine.

Durus are usually very funny, goofy people. They are usually very talented at procrastinating, and fall short in the ambition category. They tend to be skilled at logical games and puzzles. They are wonderful people never let them go.

On the downside, they usually have crap self-esteem.
