Hoffman Syndrome

Hoffman Syndrome refers to a state of not knowing who is laughing at you or with you. People with Hoffman Syndrome cannot tell the difference.

*Someone does something embarrassing and people start to laugh*
"He thinks he's so funny, he has Hoffman Syndrome."
