Person 1: "That movie was so bad, it's actually good."
Person 2: "Yup, confirmed Poptart Effect."
When someone realizes that they are about to "lose" an online argument, so they end up making multiple posts, back to back, in rapid succession.
You just panic posted and that shows how desperate you are.
