A play on words referring to (Viet)nam flashbacks.

When a person remembers a time that they were uncomfortably full, or consumed a large amount of food, usually around Thanksgiving or the holiday season.

Holy cow, I just had a nom flashback of last Thanksgiving.

That turkey just gave me a nom flashback.
