God

God is a fundamental principal of Mythology. Gods are magical omnipotent beings who possess abilities, knowledge or insight greater then those of mortal man. They may represent and embody the concept good or evil, forces of nature, the natural elements, and almost any action or idea such as; luck, fertility, revenge, and war.

Most Modern Mythologies such as; Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism Shintoism, Taoism, Freemasonry, Rosicrucians, Wicca, and Mormonism entertain the belief in one all powerful God or Goddess, or a small group of Gods. Hinduism, entertains the belief in a larger group of Gods.

The most common Modern God is decedent from Canaan Mythology. The God named El (Father of Gods, creator of things, Symbolized as a bull ) was spread initially by the early Jewish people, who renamed him Yahweh and stopped the idolatry of the bull. El had two sons, Dawn and Dusk, and a Wife Asherah (later called Shekinah or Matronit) who were worshiped by the Jewish people until 6th century B.C. The Characteristics of the God Mithras were incorporated into Yahweh to form the Mythology of Jesus and Christianity between 0 and 100A.D.

If you lie God will smite you.
