When a man, to prevent himself from sleeping with a women he would like to sleep with but would regret sleeping with, wanks one off to release the urge to sleep with her.

I wanted to sleep to sleep with Rachel but I knew it would cause a lot of problems so I went for a preemptive stroke instead.
