A guy named after some dude in the bible, but doesn't really have much affiliation with the biblical character.
In real life, he is most likely to become the background guy in a Orbit gum commercial that says " Wow! That' really was minty fresh!" on a roof next to a chimney.

Zefanya: It's Zeh-fahn-yuh.
