The feral child of a scumbag and/or just a young scumbag in and of him/her self.

Mostly heard/referenced in Dublin in relation to young scumbag kids who more or less just take after their parents.
Particularly prevalent in the North of Dublin, inner city and general poorer/deprived area's of the city itself.

Nothing but a dirty little Skid.
