Vitacrack (Vita-crack):
A term used to describe the whole of oneâs at home âpersonal Pharmacy,â especially in the context of using vitamins for hyper-wellness. Typically a collection of 4 or more different types of vitamins. Some Vitamin varieties come pre-packed in âmultipacks,â if someone adds additional vitamins to the multipack it could now be considered Vitacrack.
Iâm turning 37 next year, so Iâm adding a joint supplement to my daily Vitacrack. I Can feel myself getting older when I donât take my Vita-crack.
