So far jelly bracelets are just starting in my school.I have 2 blue ones.
Here are the colours that they mean at our school.(mind you, I can't remember them all.)

Blue-Blow Job
Black-All The Way/ Sex
Pink-Peck
White-Everything(e.g. French, Peck, etc.Mostly any kind of kiss)
Yellow-Hug
