A Jimmy Frog Is when a male is engaging in sexual intercourse with a female. Right before the point of climax for the male, he frog jumps up to the girl's mouth and proceeds to dip his penis in and out of her mouth while in frog stance until he ejaculates on her face, tits or in her mouth.
