When a big corporation gets so arrogant and big that their standard response to customer service is to screw you over and to still charge you afterwards.

P1: "How did the call with the mobile company go?"

P2: "They bent me over and Adobe'd me until my eyes popped."

P1: "Damn."

P2: "Right? And they even asked for money for it!"

The act of, or process in partaking in the complete and utter public destruction of the character/reputation of a person of interest via close analysis of their personal life and or past history, in order to exact a detrimental outcome for the person of interest. Usually malicious, or done in revenge.

Stacy didn't like Bryan so she did some backgrounding and got him expelled from college.
