The act of pulling one’s hair in a downward motion to encourage hairline growth further down the scalp. Used by the looksmaxxing community to combat balding in men.

“Have you seen Mark recently, I think he got a hair transplant?”

“Nah man, he’s just been gromming a lot recently. He’s trying to looksmax.”
