A fat awkward retard with large, frequently very chapped, lips. Tends to wear glasses, and blink excessively and sporadically. Due to a low visual frame rate, they typically wave their arms very randomly when approached.Also has the rather unsanitary habit of putting already used tissues in their pockets, so they can use them later.They are an endangered species.
