BT; Short for broken turd refers to the situation when one goes to take an enormous dump and as they begin to apply pressure using the sphincter the turd breaks off and crashes into the waters below much like the Titanic, leaving a small piece of turd in the bowl below and a very large and dissatisfying lump of turd lodged in the anal cavity.
