In Colombian slang, specifically Medellin, or around Medellin (The paisa zone) being a pato is a slang used among young people.
If you do something really stupid or if you approach a problem with an unpractical and/or stupid or funny solution you are a pato.
It can also mean "chichipato", which in this case would mean being someone cheap.
-Parce, por que le pego a su hermanito? // Bro, why did you beat your brother's ass?
-Porque no me quiso hacer un favor a la tienda // Because I ask him to bring me something from the grocery store and he denied.
- JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAAJA, PARCE, USTED ES MUY PATO! // HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAH BRO, WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?
-Cucho, que le dio a su novia en sanvalentin? // Dude, what gift did you get to your GF in Valentines'.
- Un BonBonBun (Look it up), // A Lolly Pop (Kind of)
-Pana, de buenas que usted es muy pato/chichipato // Mate, no joke, you're really cheap
Colombian slang, specifically from Medellin, it means that something is really funny, it always goes with the adverb "muy" before "caja", but sometimes you might find it as "tan caja" when describing that someone is being really funny right now.
Someone says a joke.
Me: Ese man es muy caja! // That guy is so funny!
Alternatively.
Me: Que man tan caja! // Such a funny dude!
My friend Deyker trips on the street in front of everybody, humiliating himself and making me laugh so hard.
Tomorrow at school:
-La caida de Deyker ayer fue muy caja!
Colombian slang, specifically from Medellin or "The paisa zone".
It means someone who is skillful when doing something specific, it's used as a noun.
Ese Profesor es muy teso // That teacher is really good (at teaching)
Mariana Pajon es muy tesa // Mariana Pajon is really skillful (Given the context that she is a BMX world champion, you automatically understand we're talking about Mariana Pajon being good at BMX) //
-Hey Sebas, cuanto es 1345 X 3423.
-4.603.935, ni siquiera tuve que pensarlo
-Uy Marica!, used es muy teso
-Hey Sebas, how much is 1345 X 3423.
