pally boy

used to address someone, could be used by a close friend or an obnoxious person who thinks they are hilarious. similar to buddy boy, "pally boy" is just 'pal' (meaning 'friend') turned into an adjective to describe 'boy'.

Sara: wanna go to lunch?
Hiro: mmmm nah, I'm good.
Sara: alright, see you later then, pally boy.

just another way to say "ok" . like thinking the thinking sound mmmmm + ok forms "mmk"

can be used in a positive or negative sense. by anybody.

Joe: I'll brb.
Bob: mmk.
or
Bob: I made out with your sister while you were away.
Joe: mmk.

kareshi

"kareshi" is used in Japanese to refer to the male 3rd person (he, him), but as also taken on the meaning of boyfriend. can also be shortened to "kare"

watashi no kareshi wa anata no yori sekushii yo.
my boyfriend is sexier than yours.
literally "my 'him' is sexier than yours"

Not exactly an online boyfriend or girlfriend, but a friend online that is of the opposite sex that one spends a considerable amount of time talking to/flirting with on the internet. Most often used by others to describe someone else's situation

A: Where's Susan today?
B: She was up all last night talking to her e-mack, Craig from Canada, so she was too tired to come to school.
