An affliction on a web page where an enormous amount of space exists between the top of the page and the content.

That site looked good, but it had a pretty bad case of giant header syndrome

presourcing

Setting up people in an agency to do things ahead of time. Way ahead of time.

Due date on that was April 12th, hopefully someone has been doing some presourcing or we won't have them booked to take care of it.

from zero to website

The process of building a website without considering smaller milstones throughout the project.

We should have released smaller pieces of the site as we worked. Instead we tried to go from zero to website, and now it's been 2 years in development.
