Ubo is an adjective that can mean 1 of 2 things. “Really amazing” or “reaching it’s end”.

"my mom is very Ubo, she's in the hospital"
"why is your mom so Ubo man? That's not very Ubo"
"well she had some really ubo food but it made her Ubo. It might have been food poisoning. She's gonna sue the company for not being very Ubo"
