Sneaky Steve

A sneaky steve is when one brings home a woman after being completely hammered, only to find out the next morning that it was a male. Sometimes the person is so hammered that their roomates must inform them that "hot girl" they slept with was truly a man.

"Dude I met this hot chick last night at this party, the only problem was I didn't realize it was a guy till after we scrumpted! He sure pulled a sneaky steve on me!"
