To a person who believes the earth is flat, the simple stubborn fact that the earth is indeed round, that's Russian (dis)information. Also when you want to disagree w someone just label everything they say as Russian (dis)information!

Supposing you believe that the earth is flat, to you the simple scientific fact that the world is actually round that would be Russian disinformation. And if you disagree w the earth being round, you'll paint all people who believe that the world is round as Russian propagandists.

Argumentative Compulsive Disorder- similar to OCD but the person has a Compulsive behavior geared towards constantly arguing w others over anything and everything.
ACD is probably genetic but I don't know if it's even in the DSM. Who knows if it's even supposed to be in the DSM.
