left high and dry

a) (archaic definition) : to be left alone and helpless

b) (my more modern, updated definition) : to be left with a self-induced alcohol/drug abuse problem and a non-existent sex life following an acrimonious break up

since getting professional psycho-social from a social worker costs a small fortune in Canada and the United States, it is no wonder that a lot of people will be left high and dry, according to both definition a) and b)

left high and dry

Left with a self Induced drug/alcohol addiction and a non existent sex life after a break up.

Well since getting the professional psychosocial support you may need after after a break up is financially unaffordable for most people, it isn't surprising a lot of them will be left high and dry.

peanut butter and jelly

An American Jihadist colloquial code term for explosives training.

the name peanut butter and jelly, from a secular standpoint, would make sense when one compares amateurish home explosives making, I.e. chemical mixing, with amateurish incompetent home cooking, I.e. ingredient mixing. However, in a Jihad context, the FBI should learn what the term means.

go back to your cave

( originating from 'the male cave' described in John Grey's Man are from Mars, Women are from Venus):

A nicer or more offensive way-depending on the context- telling someone ' please don't talk to me right now.

Emily: Carl we can't afford to live in this apartment anymore, we need more income.

Carl: Emily go back to your cave, I'll have to think about how to best handle your request. I have to think about how to get a better paying job.

go back to your cave

A nicer way of telling someone ' please calm down before talking to, since you are too excited right now'.

Since in order to rationally solve problems, cooler heads must prevail, both men and women should learn what the phrase to go back to your cave means.
