1) ( humorous/offensive): a hillbilly who tries to behave like a cosmopolite (i.e. if you are not insulting the person, but simply making fun of the fact that the individual grew up in the countryside, and is somewhat 'clumsy' when they move to the city, this is definition is not offensive)

2) (cute/humorous): a person who invents words for urbandictionary.com ( N.B. this definition stems from the fact that the English adjective 'urban' comes from the Latin word 'urbs', meaning 'city'

3) the synonym for comsmopolite

According to Pauline Marois's rational/pragmatic point of view, a true French-Canadian uni-lingual francophone living in Montreal can, and should be, considered a true urbaweller and cosmopolite; IMHO this point of view is absolutely absurd.
