The GSAT.
A kind of entrance exam for universities in Taiwan, which is most high school students’ nightmare.
At first, it was not that difficult to finish each subject in time. However, the questions in it have become exquisitely longer, apparently students will face tremendous pressure in the future.

There are only four days left before the GSAT! Go and study for Gods sake!
Poor you have to take the general scholastic ability test, but I have no idea how to help you.

Science Fair

Something torturing but teachers always view it as a fun activity, and exhausted to tempt their students to do it.
However, when you are assigned to do a science fair, it allows you to surf the Internet to your heart’s content, though it's not always for your work.

Teacher: Well, it seems that you guys considered this amount of HW is too much, how about doing a science fair?
Students: Nooooooooo!
Teacher: But your whole HW will be exempted if you guys do it. Want to give it a try? (smile)
Students (shouting in mind): Noway! Apparently you know nothing about the goddamn science fair......Do your research!

homework

Assignments which are always done by tomorrow.
Something seems unreasonable for students to work on.
Most of which are useless, but as a student, you still have to burn the midnight oil for it. (Unless you are willing to be flunked by your teacher.)

Never finish your homework until the deadline.

chinese class

A kind of course that teach you the most difficult language in the world, including a kaleidoscope of words and irregular grammars, besides, every single word has different meaning while put with other words. A Chinese class will install you knowledges with highly subjective perspective, most of which might be incredibly useless and doesn't make sense. Though Chinese classes are usually unreasonable, if you want to pass your final exam, you have no choice but to yield to Chinese teachers’ opinions.
A Chinese class can also used to describe something useless or unreasonable.

Student A: Every day is a holiday somewhere in the world.
Student B: It's such a Chinese class!
