The temporary but painful feeling when you've eaten something too fast and it gets stuck on your lung. Common foods causing this are breads, pasta, chips, sandwiches. Food "on the lung" usually causes temporary speech difficulties, arm waving, chest-banging, pleas to "pat my back" and definitely halts further consumption until the moment passes.
Oh ... (wheeze)... shit ...hold on a sec...(wheeze)... I've got bread on the lung.
That queasy, watery feeling somewhere around your upper neck/under the back of your tongue/within your jaw glands (i.e your gills) that always occurs just before you are about to vomit.
Oh bollocks, I feel all gilly again - you've got about 3 seconds to get me a bowl.

Re-tapping into an phone app that you've just left.
Usually happens when you've exhausted all the new stuff on your social but don't want to look like you have nothing left to do on your phone.
I hope no one saw that, I just came out of FB and re-tapped back in. Jeez, I wish I was more popular.
