A person or people who look after dogs in their free time. Just like a babysitter but with dogs. This person is usually addicted to dogs and will approach a dog in any situation.

Angus: hey look theirs a dog

Nathan: (runs over and starts stroking the dog) ohhhh yeeeeesssss

Angus: hey, can anyone look after my dog for a bit

Nathan: oh yes ! Me I'll do it, I'm a dog sitter
