Pulling a Sullivan

When one is involved in a suspicious alcohol related hit and run. They leave the scene, sober up, clean up and then turn them self in only after lawyering up. A vehicular Claude Rains of sorts.

"Damn man where is Billy I haven't seen him since drinking last night???"
