Chang-faced

Term used to describe the facial expression of one who has smoked a copious amount of ganja, typically resulting in slitty eyes and a permanent idiot grin. Not to be confused with the slang for cocaine.

Stoner A: This weed is weak, dude, I'm getting nothing off this J..

Stoner B: Dude, you're fucking chang-faced! And stop bogarting the snacks.
