A person, particularly a woman, who receives drinks at a bar, or public location, in perceived reciprocation for sex, but never gives it up. (Taking advantage of a guy without the intention of sexing him up later)

Him: Hey let me buy you a drink so i can have sex with you
Her: Okay
(Sometime later)
Her: Yeah ... no sex
