The act of pissing and nutting at the same time into someones nose to flood their throat causing a click-like gagging sound.
Can be paired very easily along side a Blumpkin.

The sexual act of pissing and nutting into a persons nostrils causing a gagging like sound and a sore throat. Often paired with another person giving a Blumpkin.
