Tranny Charger

A transsexual individual that takes control of an area, usually a bathroom, then charges other individuals to expose themselves to the transsexual(s).

"I couldn't take a piss."
"Why not?"
"There were a bunch of Tranny Chargers in there, and they wouldn't let me."
