A Perth-based slang, originated from Subiaco, to describe a selfish, stingy but greedy person that often disregards everyone else’s needs.

Staff to Mr. CEO: Hey where is the staff party you mention?

Mr. CEO: It’s Pot Black cos I have used most of the budget towards renovating MY office!!!
