An appearance and personality type of a male. One who is phratty has a beer-gut, gentleman's breasts, and numerous rounded shapes on their body. Their personality is highly narcissistic and often somewhat immoral. They will go to bars every night to try and have intercourse with a different woman. They also generally tell many lies, normally stories of themselves being god-like creatures or the coolest dude on Earth. Most have been members of fraternities in college and were phetto back in high school.

Phratty guy: "Hey man come to the bars with me tonight."
Me: "No."
Phratty guy: "Why not dude?"
Me: "Because I'm not phratty you idiot. I don't want an STD."

the appearance of one who appears to have had their body inflated with an air pump. This is different from fat in the sense that it encompasses the entire body, whereas fat describes someone with a massive gut. One who is phet normally has a baby-like face, and a phet male will have large breasts. Arms, legs, neck, and back are all puffy as well. Just think of the marshmallow man...
