1. A carrier of things for someone else; often used to refer to a carrier of illegal drugs, or a video game character who functions as a holding space for items for another character.

v.
1. To hold or transit for someone else.

Bob is the mule for our drugs.

Mulebob is a 1st level character who's a mule for all our gear that we haven't sold yet.

We'll give that item to Mulebob to mule over to your character in that other place.

2. One who takes the playing of games very seriously.
3. One who does well at playing a certain game.
4. (Derogatory) One who plays the game for their own advantage; often used by players of role playing games to refer to players who they believe care more about character advancement than about role playing.

2. To log out/off of some online fantasy role playing games. (camp out)

Bob camped the area for experience. Bob camped the NPC for a specific item. Bob camped in the corner waiting to snipe enemies.

It was late so Bob had to camp.

1. In a game (particularly multiplayer role playing games), to gain experience--and thus levels--at a greater rate than is normally planned for the game; often accomplished with the help of other characters or with the use of exploits.
2. Playing a game for a long session with the specific intent to gain experience--and thus levels.

We are helping powerlevel Bob's character.

The experience is so good here that we're gonna stay and powerlevel.
