A type of party when condoms are banned and 1 person has secretly is HIV+ or something similar. Usually attended by gay guys wanting the thrill of not knowing whether they are infected or not and having sex with other people.

Guy 1: "William got HIV."

William: "Yeah. It was from a sex roulette party."
