A Marco is usually a funny, but clueless guy. When you're friends with him, you have a lot of inside jokes with him and his friends. You may not have a lot of things in common. He sometimes makes up lies to make himself seem cool, but it doesn't work. He is also Mexican with a strong accent, and very dirty-minded if you are.
