A pigeon is someone who steals food off others and is constantly begging for food even if they have their own.

Verb form is pigeoning, this is the act of begging and getting food off of others.

Becky is such a pigeon she always begs for my food and won’t share any of her own!

I don’t have any money so you buy some food and I’ll just pigeon off you.
