soggy bottom

(noun, medical): a condition caused by indiscriminately unlubricated anal fisting, usually self-administered. In lieu of artificial lubricant, the anal glands secrete an organic solution that continues to leak from the subject's rectum, long after the kinky self-buttfisting is done.
