Anyapolis

noun. a catch-all word which include all cities or metro areas with names ending in ... apolis or ... opolis.

He couldn't remember whether he was traveling to Indianapolis or Minneapolis, so he just said he was going to Anyapolis!

Brackeholic

noun. One who is addicted to or in the state of being enslaved to tournament brackets, bracketology, and/or calculating tournament odds, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma.

Every year, during March Madness, my brackeholic tendencies resurface as I compulsively print, study, and predict winning teams in the NCAA men's basketball tournament brackets.

noun. The student section (zone) of the arena crowd at a Michigan State University basketball game - under the reign of Coach Tom Izzo.

vehicular ornithological homicide

hitting and killing a bird with a car (or other vehicle)

On my way to work this morning, I committed vehicular ornithological homicide. That bird I hit is now spattered all over the road and I have feathers in my grill.

She's so connected, she's on every social network. She just became a Twitterer recently, but is really going to town!
