Someone who can’t use technology properly. A verb describing the misuse of modern technology around the world. Could be used to describe the fact that a technology is deficient or incompetent.

Jeff-“Hey bro, do you even technol?”
Khan-“No, I can’t technol”
Jeff-“You suck at technology then”
