Smoke & Run

The act of smoking pot with your friend and then ditching them just to get high. Which is usually done when you have ran out of your own pot to smoke.

Joe: Dang I just realized how late it was, I'd better go, I have to be at my girls place at 9 tonight.

Matt: Bullshit! I got you high, you can't Smoke & Run that shit is old school!
