Webb Roof Phenomenon

A rare natural phenomenon which occurs in Residential roofing, where a previously sound roof develops a sporadic leak lasting a few minutes in the night.

Reported cases have described the effects of Webb Roof Phenomenon (WRP) as being a small-medium wet patch of a yellowish hue.

One unconfirmed case in the East Midlands reported a faint odor of ammonia in the room after WRP. This popular case is now commonly refererred to as the Webb Roof Phenomenon Isolated Scented Secretion (WRPISS)

Lads, what’s this wet patch and why does is smell like piss in here? - No idea, it could be Webb Roof Phenomenon.
