An extreme version of a freak out brought on by something completely insane, to a point where there is no option but to deny it could happen, a reference to the content of FOX's Fringe.

George: Hey!
Jim: Hey George, I just saw your girlfriend making out with your dad.
George runs off yelling.
Steve: Jim, what's up with George?
Jim: He just Fringed out over his dad rack jacking him.
