When you go down on your lady during her period. While you're down there you bite the string to her tampon and pull it out using your teeth. Then you swing your head left to right so it swings and gives you a giant bloody red happy face. Like a clowns

I don't care if it's that time of the month. I'm going for the red clown tonight!
