In response to FOB and FOP

FOC's are immigrants from neighbhoring countries who emigrated via a car, usually illegally.

In America, the only FOCs are Mexican and Canadians (Canadian FOCs are very rare though).

FOCs tend to be asses who don't bother to learn english

Those FOCs are ruining the economy and the government is letting more and more FOCs come
